If you want to exchange or return your order, no matter the reason – we're here to help! In case of regret, returns can be made within 7 (seven) business days after receiving the part(s). You will be able to exchange for another product(s), request a store credit or receive a refund using the same payment method as the original order. After that period, exchanges for store credit or other products will be accepted for a period of 30 (thirty) days after receipt of your order.

Please note, however, the exceptions to our exchange/returns policy:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use;
  • Discounted items marked “final sale” are not eligible for exchanges or returns;
  • Returned items must be sent in the original packaging, along with the guarantee certificate with the date of purchase;
  • Orders must be returned containing all parts. We will not approve returns and exchanges if the product is not complete.

To start an exchange or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to our website using your email and order number;
  2. Choose the products you want to return or exchange;
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email;
  4. Return all items using the label provided.
